This 1963 Bertram Express Cruiser is currently undergoing an ambitious and carefully conceived transformation project, updated in 2025 to enhance both performance and onboard comfort. The current owner has extended the hull to an overall length of 30 feet, a modification designed to provide a significantly larger cockpit while improving navigation, stability, and overall performance at sea.
The vessel has been repowered with two 200 HP Mercury outboard engines, already installed, replacing the previous configuration. This upgrade ensures modern reliability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
Both the cockpit and interior spaces have been completely redesigned. The new layout has been thoughtfully reconfigured to maximize livability and optimize the space of all onboard areas, offering a more contemporary and functional experience while preserving the boat’s classic character.
